Thank you – to all of you – for supporting me throughout this journey. I have received so many messages and comments and I’ve read it all and it just melts my heart. I know a lot of you are disappointed and shocked by the non placement and to be honest (which I always am) I am too. I have a lot of mixed feelings – I am sad as I know it in my heart I gave it my ALL – from wardrobe, to training, to running around for every little thing to be perfect. Did everything on my own. But I am also very very happy that Jasmin won. She is a sweetheart and I will always root for my friend!
But as they say what’s meant to be, will be.
I am an optimist so will always focus on the brighter side- I have spent the best time of my life in Japan and made memories to be cherished forever. I am and will forever be grateful that INDIA was written across my chest. And I was known as INDIA on an international stage.
That in itself is a dream come true!

And I can’t wait to paint that with my goal in mind!!!
Can you guess what it is?☺️❤️
Also what I found really interesting is
it’s ability to return to an upright position when pushed over. This is espoused in the proverb “nana-korobiya-oki” which means fall over seven times, get up eight.
To continue to try when faced with adversity until at last you succeed.
🌈🌸The rainbow Daruma was created as a symbol for sexual minorities around the world to live a more personal life.
And I hope that as many people as possible will be able to spread understanding of LGBTQ+ and have a connection with the rainbow Daruma.

In Japanese culture the lucky Daruma is not just a figure for warding off misfortune or bringing good luck, the Daruma is also used to signify the achievement of a goal, by painting one Eye when the goal is made, and the other Eye once the goal has been reached. And I can’t wait to paint that with my goal in mind!!!

Also what I found really interesting is
it’s ability to return to an upright position when pushed over. This is espoused in the proverb “nana-korobiya-oki” which means fall over seven times, get up eight.
To continue to try when faced with adversity until at last you succeed.
🌈🌸The rainbow Daruma was created as a symbol for sexual minorities around the world to live a more personal life.
And I hope that as many people as possible will be able to spread understanding of LGBTQ+ and have a connection with the rainbow Daruma.
