Charity Shea Instagram – EXPECTATIONS ARE A HAPPINESS KILLER……..they say. I keep going over and over this in my mind. Is it more profound then we realize, is it the very reason so many are “not yet” happy, the stress of our external expectations? Is it the very reason most self help books and programs have a 90 % failure rate? And the same people keep buying the newest self help something coming to the market….just like a new fad diet?
