Ritika Singh Instagram – Receiving an award by the hands of the president of the country is a once in a lifetime thing! I never acted before and I never even thought of it until #irudhisuttru and #saalakhadoos happened. I still can’t believe that I am a national award winning actor. I consider myself really fortunate for getting an opportunity to play a character like #Mathi in my first film. I want to say thank you to Maddy Sir, the beautiful person. I don’t think I will ever get a chance to work with someone as amazing as him. To Sashi Sir, the producer of the film who always sent inspiring messages to me, even after the national award ceremony :) To Raju Jee who treated me like one of his own and placed so much trust in me. And to Sudha Ma’am, the fantastic director of the film who is the biggest reason behind me winning the national award. These people always stood by me and they saw something in me, before I even saw it in myself! I also want to thank all the technicians, the assistant directors, the managers, the production team, my assistant Ram and the brilliant cast and crew of the film. Lastly I want to thank all the people who have constantly shown their belief in me @rohan__singh @soumya2693 @dishamittal_43 @vinay.vishwanath @taryntino_23 @kasturishinde @jagriti.singh.3367 @kamal_mujtaba @neeraj_goyat @priya_s29 My Karate and kickboxing family at @mohansplanet The press, the media and all the beautiful people who took the time out of their busy lives to send me messages and tweets and comment on my pictures, I want to give you all a BIG HUG and I want to dedicate this award to all of you!
