Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s latest outing Theri which made records in terms of collection in and out of India is again creating a buzz in tinsel town with its collection numbers. This time the numbers are not from India but from New Zealand.
Resources say that the movie was bought and distributed for 8 lakhs in the country. But the box office numbers rose somewhere upto 98 lakhs. 10 times the initial invested money might be the biggest ever even for a Vijay starrer.
This indeed has increased the market expectancy for the next Ilayathalapathy’s outing in New Zealand.
