Director Hari spoke at the audio launch of Irumugan yesterday. The fans started asking about Saamy 2 as everyone anticipated a sequel to the 2003 hit Saamy. Saamy is one of the most memorable movies from the Director – Actor duo where Vikram played the small town foul mouthed cop.
Speaking at the event yesterday , Director Hari called Vikram, Producer Thameens and Harris Jayaraj on stage and announced that they are part of the Saamy 2 crew. He confirmed that Saamy 2 is real and will go on floors later this year.
Fans for the National Award Winning Actor have gone frenzy after this announcement was made. The fans of the actor took it to twitter to express their happiness over the announcement.
Right now the Director is working on much anticipated S3 aka Singam 3 , the third installment in the Singam Franchise.
