Jackky Bhagnani Instagram – #Repost @adityathackeray with @repostapp ・・・ Launched कsrat, an initiative for fitness in the BMC schools by Jackky Bhagnani and his team, along with the Mayor Snehal tai Ambekar and Education Committee Chairman Hemangi tai Chemburkar and Corporator Mrs. Mansi Dalvi. Kasrat changes our regular PT classes that often become monotonous to fun exercises and focusing on bettering the module for physical training. Jackky’s team will work with and train BMC’s teachers to make the PT classes more fun and efficient. The right guidance on fitness and nutrition is of utmost necessity. Getting a pro team to radically change the exercises in BMC schools will help us move towards fitter kids in BMC schools, and better preventive health care reaching a vast majority of kids from the 1221 schools of BMC- it will help Mumbai at large. I thank @jackkybhagnani , his team for helping the BMC to bring efficient fitness training to schools. On a personal note, for me being a part of this program was important, as it is a personal humble tribute to Raj Rai who left for his heavenly abode only recently. He has made fitness training easy, fun and efficient for not just me, but a lot more trainers and people who learnt from him- through his methods of martial arts and functional training. I can only think of how much he would have loved to help this initiative, as he helped me in our conversations on fitness initiatives.
