After minting success as an antagonist in Bogan and Thani Oruvan Arvind Swamy has signed another project with director Selvaa of Naan Avan Illai fame. The actor and the director have already worked together in Pudhaiyal movie alongside Mammooty. The project is tentatively titled as Vanagamudi in which the team is in talks with Daniel Balaji to play the villain.
Arvind Swamy is currently working with Trisha for the sequel of Sathuranga Vettai and the shoots are going on in Karaikudi. Along with Sathuranga Vettai 2 Arvind Swamy is also signed as the lead character in the Tamil and Hindi remake of the Marathi film “Kaksparsh”.
Joining Arvind Swamy in the sets of Selvaa directorial would be Ritika Singh as the lead female character. Nandita is also signed as the second heroine for the flick. Thambi Ramaiah, Haasini, Chaandhini, Harish Uthaman are also signed to share the screen space with Arvind Swamy. Â With the shooting of Sathuranga Vettai 2 nearing completion, the actor has started shooting for Vanagamudi.
D.Imman has been signed as the music director for the flick.
