Thomas Astruc Instagram – One last anecdote: this storyboard is not related with Toei animation test, though Toei picked some elements in it. I made it way earlier, based on a script I wrote for an hypothetical movie. No kwamis yet, no transformations. I wanted something very silver-age-comics-like. But in the end, I don’t regret at all what it has become. We digested all these influences, and finally found our own unique tone.
