G.V.Prakash signs Tamil remake of romantic Telugu movie

G.V.Prakash who has got a long list of films under various stages of production has also signed the remake of 2011 telugu super hit film 100 % love. The original movie had Naga Chaitanya and Tamannah playing the lead roles. The family drama became a blockbuster and was directed by Sukumar.

 

Sukumar will be funding the Tamil remake under his banner Creative Cinemas NY along with NJ Entertainment. M.M.Chandramouli has been signed as the director for the film. Chandramouli had earlier handled camera for Hollywood films like Catch Your Mind, Natasha, Private Moments and Backwaters and also worked as a cinematographers for Tamil films like Pon Vilangu.

 

Dudley well known cinematographer in Bollywood has been signed as the cinematographer for this ambitious project. Dudley has got movies like Dilwale and Chennai Express to his credit.

The movie is expected to go on floors from October within which time G.V.Prakash is expected to complete all his current commitments. G.V.Prakash is currently shooting for Naachiyaar under Bala’s direction with Jyothika playing the lead role. Sarvam Thaala Mayam which is supposed to be his next under renowned cinematographer turned director Rajiv Menon’s direction is said to be put on hold for unknown reasons. A.R.Rahman will be composing music for the movie. G.V.Prakash is said to play a drums player in the movie.

 

G.V.Prakash’s last outing was Bruce Lee which had a decent run at the box office. His next, Adangathey where he shares screen with actors like Sarath Kumar and Mandira Bedi is nearing completion and is in its post-production phase. Surabhi of Ivan Vera Mathiri fame is the female lead for this movie.
