Ishaara Nair Instagram – Story of my life… not posting it to offend anyone but I thought I would share a small story of mine. I had so many issues in my life. I had no hopes to live, no motivation, no love. I found no reasons to live. I had so many reasons which made me feel worthless. I went in serious depression for an year and a half. I only found problems in every angle…. family, profession,relationships, self hatred, could not face people, scared to talk in front of people, didn’t know what to do in life, considered myself useful for nothing etc etc. I had my own set of people whom I thought were my best mates but got back stabbed and humiliated by them. I sat and cried day and night. I screamed for help. But no one could help me. Thankfully I had that one person whom I could blindly trust and he was with me at the very stage where I needed a person to lean on to else I could have given up on my life. But I still had not enough love to live. Then recently one fine day I spoke to myself. What my actual problem is?? Then I realised that the only person going to be with me till the end of my life is myself. I realised that I used to find my happiness in others. I let my remote in others hands. I was screwed by this set of fake people. One fine day I thought no matter how hard it is going to be I am going to be happy. I am going to love myself. I am going to put myself first before anyone else. I started doing that. I could see my life changed totally. Nothing could pull me down without my will. People started loving me. It is just happiness around me now. Sad fact is this world needs only happy people around. There are only very few people who will be there with you no matter how happy or sad you are. Please hold them close to your heart. There is always a solution to all the problems. If you want to get over the fears or issues, reach out there and face it with confidence. Step out of the wall of comfort that you have set for yourself. Thanks a ton to all the people who love me unconditionally and especially to my fake friend(s). It’s because of you that I am here standing confident today. @sahil_psytrance_v2 love u to the moon n back. Thanks for being there for me.#selflove
