Maanagaram Sundeep signs Naragasooran after Naga Chaitanya walks out

Sundeep Kishan of Maanagaram fame has agreed to be a part of the Naragasooran project after Naga Chaitanya reported walked out stating date issues. Naragasooran is the second movie of director Karthick Naren who debuted with critically acclaimed “Dhruvangal Pathinaaru” last year.

 

After being hailed critically for his debut project Karthick announced Naragasooran and also said that he would be roping in three leading actors from Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam industry for the movie. Touted to be a thriller of sorts that would fall in lines of Dhuruvangal Pathinaaru. A stellar star cast that includes Arvind Swamy, Shriya Saran and Indrajith from Malayalam industry has already been assembled for the flick.

 

Director Gautham Menon is co-producing the project under his Ondraga Entertainment along with Karthick Naren himself. The film that is currently in its preproduction stage is planned to go on floors from August. After Naga Chaitanya has walked out of the project  stating Date issues, director Naren got a chance to narrate the story to Sundeep Kishan of Maanagaram fame. Sundeep immediately agreed to do the role as the story impressed him very much.

 

Talking about challenges in casting the director said that the team is still on a hunt for another female lead who will be romancing Sundeep Kishan in the movie. The poster for the movie will be out by and the team will get on floors from August said the director. The team has planned to complete the entire project by September itself.
