Trailer and Audio of Dhanush’s much awaited movie ‘VIP2’ is scheduled for on 25th of June. Produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu, the actor has himself scripted the story and dialogues for the sequel of 2010 hit film ‘VIP’. The crew of the movie has decided to retain the principal cast from the original movie since the story seems to be a continuation of the first one.
Apart from the main cast, the team has roped in Kajol to play the lead antagonist in the movie. Soundarya Rajinikanth who had earlier directed Kochadaiyaan with Superstar Rajinikanth has directed this movie too. Unlike the first movie which had music by Anirudh, this flick will have music by Sean Roldan.
The teaser for the movie released recently by Amitabh Bachchan on his twitter account and was received well by the audience and the fans alike. The team has decided to release the movie in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi from 28th of July which also is the birthday of actor Dhanush.
Dhanush apart from taking care of the story and dialogues has also co-produced the movie under his Wunderbar Films. Dhanush who is currently finishing his schedules for his first Hollywood movie ‘The Extraordinary journey of Fakir in an IKEA box’ he also manages to make time for his travels with his friend and music director Sean Roldan. He recently shared a picture of himself with Sean Roldan from one of their travels.
