My child has a genetic predisposition to love Leslie as much as I do.
When I got my first real acting job Leslie, a total stranger at the time showed me nothing but kindness and love. I didn’t know how anything worked in Los Angeles… If I needed a doctor, I call Leslie, if I needed a house, I call Leslie’s husband, if I needed to know who was reputable I’d ask Leslie.
For over a dozen years now she’s been a life marker for me and watching our son laugh the hardest I’ve ever seen him laugh in his life within the first three minutes of meeting her killed my insides with love.
My understanding of war and the impact it has was forever changed after a #uso trip to #afghanistan . To all of our servicemen and women, today and decades past THANK YOU. This picture is special to me, making a few of our troops laugh in a plywood mess hall in the middle of #Afghanistan even for a moment still gives me joy. Happy #veteransday and thank you all for your sacrifices.
