Veterans in Film Production, ‘Thenandal Studios Limited’ are making sure that no stone is being left unturned for their upcoming Magnum Opus with actor Vijay. They have decided to release a single song from the movie ahead of the audio launch that is being planned. Directed by Atlee of ‘theri’ fame, the actor is said to don three avatars in this movie. The makers have also roped in ‘Nithya Menon’, Kajal Agarwal and Samantha to be cast opposite Vijay.
A.R.Rahman has been signed to compose music for the movie. After the grand reception for the first look of the movie, the makers have decided to release a single song from the movie. According to the recent update from the makers, the next single that has been titled as ‘Aalaporaan Tamizhan’ will see the light of the day by tomorrow (10-Aug-2017).
An exclusive poster released by the team today had the actor sporting a twisted moustache arising amidst a huge crowd in the white shirt. The lyrics for the song has been penned by Lyricist Vivek.
After the average grosser Azhagiya Tamil Magan, this is the second time that Acadamy Award Winner A.R.Rahman has joined hands with actor Vijay. While there have been speculations that Vijay might croon a song for the album Mersal, there had not been any official update yet.
The makers have marked Diwali as the official release date for ‘mersal’ after the magnanimous Rajinikanth starrer 2.0 pulled out from release. The makers are also planning to host a grand audio launch function for the movie.
