Amala Paul Instagram – Thurthuk is a Muslim village on India-Pak border with some magnificent views ever and ancient culture. The journey to Thurthuk was crazy and imbued a gallery of speechless beauty with stark and barren roads, marred by landslides and shooting stones. With white landscapes, craggy mountains and super narrow passes overlooking the turquoise waters of the Shyok river (urdu: literal meaning “The River of Death”) scary right?
