Sruthi Hariharan Instagram – I have been thinking for a while now that it was a high time I gave myself my first scuba diving experience .. As a child I have been petrified of water, and never learnt to swim – which only increased my apprehension of attempting this. But when I really needed a change in perspective, my man @raamkumar_r and I took off to the one place in India which has the most picturesque seas and oceans – Andamans 😁 With a wonderfully planned travel package from @ventureout2009, day two in Havelock began with this experinece of a lifetime ! I tried finding all kinds of excuses from my existing cold, to my sinus issue, to my fear of not knowing to swim, until finally my curiosity won the battle and I decided to try and not die. After a quick training of 15mins and learning to breathe with just my mouth, next I knew , we were 17 meters below sea level and man !! Was it all worth it 😊 Yes it was another world altogether .. beautiful .. intriguing … peaceful… with an ecosystem existing in perfect harmony – So lost I was that I forgot to remind myself not to die… 😋 So to all of you out there who have been wanting try scuba diving… Do it now … don’t wait .. Cos trust me it’s worth every bit of that heart beat .
