Sivakarthikeyan who is currently shooting his upcoming movie with Samantha under Ponram’s direction has got some great news for his next movie. The actor supposedly has been signed to do a science fiction movie with director Ramkumar of Indru Netru Naalai fame. He had also earlier announced that the venture will be bankrolled by 24AM Studios with the producer R.D.Raja.
Now the latest announcement from the production team is that they have roped in Academy Award winner ‘A.R.Rahman’ to compose tunes for the flick. Touted to be a big budget film, the makers have planned to make the movie in a very grand scale. The makers are making sure that they are leaving no stone unturned when it comes to production.
The director who won hearts with his debut movie ‘Indru Netru Naalai’ has okayed the script with sivakarthikeyan long time before. But since the actor was committed with director Mohan Raja for Velaikaran and with director Ponram for the untitled movie, the director had to wait until the completion of these two projects. Even when Siva asked the director to complete a small film with someone else within the time, the director decided to fine tune his script and do the pre-production works with in the stipulated time.
Roping in top notch technicians for the movie, the producer has decided to give the movie a grandest makeover. Sivakarthikeyan’s Velaikaaran released recently to almost positive reviews and the movie opened up to full houses. Velaikkaran’s success cemented a special place for actor Sivakarthikeyan in the industry.
