This is my old BEAUTIFUL apartment building (The Royvue) built in the early 1920’s. I was forced out due to INSANE overpricing. I lived here for almost a decade. –

It is in danger of being gutted & turned into micro apartments AS WELL AS the courtyard being destroyed and built over. –

There is a petition to stop them. Because the ARE NOT creating affordable housing, they are erasing a piece of architectural history that should be preserved. –

These are literally THE MOST beautiful apartments in Seattle. –
