Had to post this one up…Daniel Humm is a really special guy–here paying homage to none other but my own dad Rocky Aoki and Benihana!!!! He very thoughtfully cooked up a Benihana Volcano with serious finesse and told me that they actually thought of Benihana as they curated this event as a point of inspiration. Mind blown and feeling very proud of pops. I was also so proud and happy to see Knightsbridge wines @knightsbridgewinery poured at this fine dining event where only the very best will do.
