Anveshi Jain Instagram – From my perspective the Greatest power is to be
Self-controlled . I usually find myself detached from external ups and downs. I used to think detachment is being away from everything, recently figured out ,actually it’s being close to everything and not let it consume you,own you.
Detachment is not that you own nothing. detachment is that nothing owns you. That’s my environment, that’s my element.
Without being too excited in pleasure or too depressed in pain.knowing how to navigate every situation is a great power.To be able to have enough clarity to filter and find yourself is going to alleviate the biggest anxieties and depression of social media and real life pressures.
Most of the mental health research suggests that due to either Isolation or overexposure we now have more pain consumed in a day because of what we are exposed to ,that’s the pain would have had in a lifetime .we now consume more negative in a day than we did in a lifetime .
Being able to have time and energy to focus on self-purification and redirecting from distraction is the best gift I can give to myself ,because this purifies me helps me Keeping away from jealousy and envy of “her like and followers” ,”their cars and lifestyles”.Never ending Parties and flowing cash .” I have time ,reflection and a process that only allows things that truly matters . #beautifulrealisations #conversationsthatmatter #mentoringmatters #thankyouwisdom Mumbai, Maharashtra
