Jim Brown Instagram – Problem solving is a methodology, that if applied properly, will give us a chance to make the best decisions. I would like to thank the Cleveland Browns organization, and the Cleveland Browns players for allowing me to have my opinion on various issues. As a member of the family, my purpose is both on and off the field. On the field, it is to encourage the organization to do the best we can to win football games. Off the field, I support those players that have a great desire to affect positive change in this country. One of the rules of problem solving is to have “full knowledge of the problem”. In my dialogue with the players, I found them to be dedicated, intelligent, well informed and open.
