Emily Rios Instagram – I wanna give my younger self a hug. Tell her everything is going to be okay. Just be present and in the moment. To speak up and speak out. Take more risks and step out of her comfort zone. Listen to her intuition and follow her heart. Smile and laugh as much as humanly possible. To not dwell on the negative, that everything is exactly as it should be. To not worry, there’s more than enough time to do it all. To relax and enjoy the journey… since I can’t go back, I’m reminding myself of all the above TODAY. Sending love and compassion to me then and basking in it now.
