Every time I’ve been to France I’ve experienced crazy racism, even worse than the USA & the UK but, there are so many good people there who aren’t like that. It’s for those people to change the country. Former French president Jacques Chirac acknowledged that “Without Africa, France will slide down into the rank of a third [world] power.” Chirac’s predecessor François Mitterand already prophesied in 1957 that “Without Africa, France will have no history in the 21st century.” $450 billion goes out from the 14 French speaking African countries each year to repay the French for decolonisation. After they ripped up Togo for kicking them out, the other French speaking African countries agreed to pay a indefinite colonial debt.
