Saffron Burrows Instagram – So proud of my mum Susie Burrows, a primary teacher in Hackney for 44 years, she has always taught anti-sexism, anti-racism, challenged homophobia and campaigned for the inclusion of disabled kids in mainstream schooling. She believes children can be anything, and are innately fair, and through watching her teaching practices, I agree with her. She teaches them where racism came from, where sexism came from, so the children themselves really understand why a non-discriminatory, inclusive ethos is possible and necessary.
