Hi friends🖤 Sometimes the hardest thing to talk about is how you’re feeling, especially when it comes to mental health. Trust me, I know how isolating it can feel. How difficult. But it shouldn’t be. There is nothing wrong with not feeling “right” or not feeling like yourself. And you shouldn’t have to hide it. Anxiety can be a paralyzing monster, and it is something I have been dealing with myself. Some days it is nonexistent and other days it is all-consuming. I have found reprieve by learning to be open and talk through the more difficult times. It’s not easy, don’t get me wrong, I’m far from perfect. But I’ve learned, and continue to rediscover, that talking helps. #idontmind sharing my experience bc the only way for it to become normal is to stop treating mental health like it’s dirty laundry. Just saw #TheNunMovie for the first time and all I can say is— Holy… Nun… ❗️❗️❗️I’m a ball of nerves and anxiety because I spent the past 90 minutes in a pitch black screening room watching the Demon Nun (@bonnieaarons1 🖤) wreak chaos and havoc in our Romanian Abbey. The movie is phenomenal! You guys are going to LOVE and I cannot wait to share it with you! I’m stoked to see some of you at the ScareDiego panel at Comic-Con next week!! Warner Bros. Studio
