Amala Paul Instagram – Back to yoga back to bliss . Terribly missed yoga for a week due to ‘Aadai’ shoot, the role demands creation of a character from within my self. This results in lot of turmoil and one feels disconnected and confused from the self. And finally this sunday, I caught up with one hour of Ashtanga Yoga and woosh I am back absolutely awake, being myself and peaced out✌🏻 #aadai #yoga #ashtanga PS : why can’t everyone on earth practises yoga 🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️, entire world would be such a peaced out place!!!
