I don’t even know how to express my gratitude 😢🙏🏽 Every day I realize just how far I’ve come, and it breaks me down because I know how many times I wanted to give up… I know how many times I didn’t think I was gonna make it… I know how many times I didn’t think I was good enough… from the mega bus, to Amtrak, to a woogie set, to standby… from walking balls on a Wednesday night in hopes of snagging that $100 grand prize so me and my bitches could survive for the week… See, the thing is, no matter how glamorous Ive made it look, on this journey, I did in fact start from the bottom and struggled just like everyone else… From pushing out full grocery carts of food because we were hungry, man, I’m not even gonna make this long, but today, today instead of watching one of my favorite Disney movies during my flight (as I always do) I’ll watch myself. I scrolled through the menu and saw ME 😦 I can watch me. God is so good
