Brooke Leigh Thorne Instagram – Day 19 (if we’re going by days of the month…)! I remember sitting at a campsite with a friend a long time ago. The air was humid and salty but I felt really relaxed. My dad and I used to take yearly trips to the beach and she happened to be there with her family. “Were you really mad earlier? I saw you walking with your dad and thought you were angry about something.” Huh? I definitely hadn’t been upset about anything…but as I got older I heard this identical sentiment from more friends. “I drove by you when you were on a walk and you looked furious” “I hope you’re doing okay! I saw you pacing outside and the look on your face had me worried!”…so I guess I just look angry when I walk…and lately I’ve been walking A LOT. Clarke and I are going on walks almost daily at this point. It feels nice to get outside and she’s excited when we get ready to go…and yet every time I pass a neighbor or see someone else on a walk I think “I hope I don’t look mad while walking with my baby” LOL. I don’t know why but I used to like that I seemed angry and unapproachable while walking since it’s so contrary to my character…but now I kind of hope I give off more of a happy mom vibe while walking with my kid. In the end, nobody else really matters honestly. As long as she starts to understand that this is a fun activity we do together and she enjoys it Im Happy 🌼 | Posted on 20/Aug/2018 08:43:55
