Brooke Leigh Thorne Instagram – Day 5! “Why didn’t I grab a smaller brush?” I muttered to myself while splattering paint on the end table in irritation. For whatever reason these drawers don’t come out of this end table so I’m having to paint them while they’re inside the thing. It’s slow but it’s a fun project and managing to get Clarke to sleep in another room makes a lot of difference. She’s been getting overtired and upset lately during the day. I’ve found that I have a lot of guilt while trying to get her to sleep. It’s like I’m saying “please go to sleep so I don’t have to deal with you”…but if she’s up for too long, she doesn’t know how to fix it. She doesn’t know that she’s tired or that she needs to sleep. She just knows that something is WRONG and she’s UPSET so if my job is to help her sleep and be happier, there shouldn’t be any guilt…and if I get to use that time on nice projects like this, I’ll take advantage more often 🍋 | Posted on 06/Aug/2018 06:19:52
