We are all born and brought up following a certain tradition and a particular culture. We inherently pick up the language and our behavior replicates the people around us. We love the same food, same activities and hobbies and watch almost the same movies. Religion, customs, speech, thoughts, folklore of our native place somehow defines our disposition. We follow what we learn from our surroundings. From our society. We live in that society and we take it to be the world for us. Our society is our entire world and if something seems to be going off or against what we have been used to seeing, we find it strange or amusing or out of the normal. For some, it’s easy to adapt with the change and welcome something new in life. But for some it’s a struggle or even a nightmare. For some it is ignorance, for some it’s comfort and convenience or for some it’s pride!
Whatever it is, we all seem to be living in our little bubble with our own little image of how this world is. Of how our world is!
You know what, it’s not a bad idea to look around, learn more, be more open to something new in life, experiment and experience life in a new way every once in a while. Try a new cuisine or wear something different, go speak with people outside your social structure or with a different language or different age. Try going against your mental reflex action. Do what your heart tells you to do. Not what society tells you to do!

There is so much joy in just being in a completely new place. Just stepping out on strange streets with a map in your hand and a vague idea of where you’re heading to. You just keep walking and looking around and trust the roads that it’ll lead to somewhere nice while you’re exploring and assimilating every tiny little view you see. Sometimes, it all looks so familiar; more so the experience of discovering some place new and the method of doing so that you get lost in the business. But then you observe something interesting or unique on the way which catches your eye and you realize and find the difference in the similarities of these places. To me it’s like a very liberating feeling where you’re just on your own breathing the fresh air, dancing on a new song and enjoying the freedom where you have no one to disturb you or no one to answer to. Like a bird, free to fly where ever it wishes to💙

See! We weren’t wrong when we said that Bali in itself is an embodiment of Beauty..
This is just a basic entrance to a small little cozy hotel we stayed in, in ubud. After a great stay in a resort, we just randomly stumbled upon this place online and made a spontaneous plan to spend two days here as well and we are more than glad that we did that. It’s not very far from Ubud center but man,.. It’s hell of a ride to get here. We had three suitcases and a couple of bags plus a guitar all piled up on scooter. Not only the luggage but both of us were also piled on the scooty one by one, to be taken through a narrow street in the middle of enormously beautiful rice pads. Up and down we went through the kind of hilly and narrow patch and landed in front of a beautiful retreat/villa/hotel. We spent our most amazing 2 days here, eating healthy food, going for sauna and watching people do yoga 🙈 We were too lazy to participate in it and made our peace with just being spectators😁
All in all, we are trying to say that we love bali❤️

So last night, we tried to reach this bridge in the middle of the night but we got creeped out mid way and went back to our rooms. This beauuutiful resort @padmaubud we were staying at, had not only a huge and magnificent property; but also picturesque landscapes, hidden huts bridges and other places of interests. We decided to get to the river and explore a little more of the place but realized after walking a few steps or more that the path was pitch dark and the sound of the river somewhere far amalgamated with the rustle of the leaves and trees sounded a bit eery🙈 haha it sounds a bit funny but when your imagination is running all wild specially in a set up like that, you kind of feel like you’re put in a horror story. Jokes apart, we found out in the morning that the way to the river was not accessible after 6pm.
And we are so glad that we walked down there the next morning. This place is totally mesmerizing, nature at its best and the walk to this spectacular view definitely deserved enough day light.
