Low ones being negative emotions like – High self image – which we sometimes make ourselves or sometimes made by situations or people around us and we get swayed away because we are ourselves wavering sometimes ,drop it !Allow freshness to seep in ..that’s where the magic begins ! Inferiority- which leads to insecurity ,self doubt,fear and hatred ,drop it! It’s only human to have moments when we feel low! Let it be temporary ,don’t let it overpower you and make you less confident ! You are beautiful the way you are ,be “YOU “! Guilt -repercussion of all the above ! What happens when we are ignorant about these emotions ? It’s like a seed planted in ignorance which will keep growing and become like a “Gridlock” which will eventually make you feel “STUCK “! You sometimes don’t even realize about it for a long time , you only keep suffering not knowing the root cause !
