Payal Rohatgi Instagram – क्या अंतर है #Religious matter मैं और #Humanrights matter मैं ? #Feminists ने कभी भी section 497 पे ( जो कुछ महीने पहले तक एक जुर्म था) सवाल नहीं उठाए जहाँ एक #IndianWife का master था एक #IndianHusband।Supreme court ने section 497 को decriminalise करते हुए कहा था कि Husband is Not the Master of His Wife तो फिर भाई और बहनो #IndianMuslim husband कैसे अभी तक Master बनके अपनी wife को ३ शब्द कहकर तलाक़ देते हुए आ रहा था 🤪। #TripleTalaqBill का पास होना अब section 497 के रद होने के बाद और भी ज़्यादा आसान हो जाना चाहिए। मगर आसचार्य जनक बात यह है की अभी तक १५० साल पुराना section497 law valid tha और अभी रद हुआ है, और #TripleTalaqBill को pass करने की कोशिश की जा रही है 🙏 भारत के Feminists और HumanRights वाले उनके मालिक कांग्रिस की तरह दोगले है 🙏#jaishreeram
