Being a working mom is never easy..To be donning the role of a care taker,driver, chef,housekeeper,teacher,daughter,wife,daughter in law,entrepreneur and maintain harmony in the family and the list goes on.. To be walking on that thin line is never easy..
Everyday is a constant battle against little deadlines we set for ourselves.. Sometimes I question myself “why am I doing this?” I can very well sit at home and nurture him and enjoy every bit of him grow…but I do have my little dreams & passion as well.. That’s when I learnt to balance it out…its not at all easy to have it all..its a lot of sacrifices and emotional pain..But at the end when it all falls in place you truly feel like an achiever.. An achiever in your stride.
Media and fans ask me what’s your next film and give me strange looks when I say I take a break after every movie and sign up my next when I feel I’m ready…its My CHOICE to do so.. To all the working moms out there…
Never give up..feel proud coz we are an unique breed…:-) Three cheers and More power to us..
