Ashish Vidyarthi Instagram – Today is a special day.. Today am sharing a note on a way which has allowed me to appreciate some phenomenal people in my life.. We all have met people who say that they always “express fully” . They usually make such observations after being amazingly critical of something or somebody. “You know what? I always give it straight to everybody, just like I did now!” I agree. We always Express fully, all the things that we do not like! We end up” Expresssing fully only when it comes to criticism and putting people in place. Expressing yourself fully has yet another aspect to it too.. How about inspiring people by generously sharing “Straight” what we feel is great about them? Think about it… As we give vent to our generous praises and encouragements, people around us will feel acknowledged and empowered. When we do not appreciate or congratulate people for their large or small actions, but pick on their smallest errors, what we are in effect doing is creating a world where people have to work extremely hard, just not to get criticised! On the other hand, how will it be if we start acknowledging people for the smallest of their gestures? Trust me, as I started putting into practice, I have managed to nurture relationships.. Especially those relationships, that were special,but I was ending up taking for granted.. Like with Ma and my wife, Pilu… I started expressing fully with them… In it’s fullest sense.. Telling them thank yous on a daily basis.. Acknowledging them for their contribution, each day.. And guess what, as I began doing so, I started to recognise, I was living my life around amazing beings.. I now don’t limit it to them but to each person that I meet.. Being “Expressing fully “is now fulfilling.. For them and me.. So light up your own life by acknowledging people and light up theirs too! Their smallest gesture is a blessing..
