Sandeepa Dhar Instagram – #tb Got the opportunity to perform Indian semi classical after a really long break of 10years. #gettingback2myroots A lot of ppl ask me abt my journey of dance, I am no expert at any of it but from my personal experience if there is one thing that sure shot worked for me, it was learning Bharatanatyam as a kid. It set my foundation for all the other different forms of dancing that I learnt over the years. Most importantly it brought balance, grace, sense of rhythm and discipline into my life. Barely had 2 hours to learn the entire choreo by @rishikaysh01 hence it’s very rusty. P.sThis was the 1st day of rehearsal so don’t judge 🤯
