Years back I was left with a neck injury trying to do a headstand. Clearly I wasn’t doing it right. But from then on, I developed a fear which never allowed me to evn try a headstand.
Years later , thanks to my fab and patient teacher @anshukayoga , I managed to achieve this … which was a far fetched dream.
