I hope I get it – it would an ADVENTURE- can you guess what it is ??? sorry I have not been posting – I was trying get my bench press back up to 400 lbs again 💪🏽. – like it was when I played football 🏈 and … I got hernia 🙁. Had to have an operation – couldn’t workout so I ate like shit and got fat and out of shape – but if I get this movie it will really give me motivation to put the burritos down lol 😂. I loved my character on Orange Is The New Black – And I have been pretty picky since – but I’m ready to immerse myself in a new role – try to create something unique and original 🎁💰

Read this card ❤️ LIFE SAVER – I just got stuck in an elevator in my building – with a very cool dude in his 20’s and two sweat 8 year old kids – and received this wonderful note on my door – i really didn’t do much but tell them we would be ok – but they were so scared 😢. It really put me in parent mode when they were crying – I felt so bad for them – the guy was talking into the call box and the girls were screaming -“we don’t want to die !!!Wow – i know I’m going to be a good dad 😇. I’m sorry I haven’t posted for a while – an ex friend did me really dirty – like made up lies about me and tried to hurt me – but the the truth came out and it’s all good now – but it made me step back for a bit and look at who I let into my life – because there r people out there that … just have bad hearts … but having something like this happen tonight reminds me to just be kind – and don’t sweat the crazy – mean hearted people – because they r miserable and they just want to drag you down with them – go to the light ⭐️and the love ❤️ and stay there 💯

Happy Holidays – be nice to people even when they irritate you – don’t TRUMP people – meaning don’t only like people who agree with you – don’t fire on people just cuz they disagree with you – be nice – be tolerant – have a sweet heart – hurting other people will not make you feel better or more successful – who am I do give advise… – but that’s my advise – be nice – be tolerant – be honest – work hard – loving yourself does not mean tearing other people down – and living your best life doesn’t mean doing whatever the fuck you want , regardless of how your actions effect others. Is that the right effect ? Or should it be affect ? I will never know lol

That’s ME! Still got those hops !!! I participated in a NFL Combine type of competition. My vertical was only three inches lower than it was 29 years ago💪🏽 but everything else sucked – I am going to train for the next one – although I did win 🏆 the old man division LOL
