It’s a game-changing mental health resource that teaches us how to better be there for one another during times of struggle. It’s seriously a crash course on how to support someone through a rough time – I’m someone who always tries to be there for my friends and I can’t tell you just how well Be There articulates exactly what you need to know to be the best friend you can, while still looking out for your own mental health. It narrows everything down to 5 golden rules that are easy to remember, and perfectly summarize everything you need.
Please go check it out if you have even a little time – it doesn’t take very long and once you know those rules, it just feels like common sense.
