Lindsey McKeon Instagram – I have begun meditating and doing pranayama every morning again and it brings me so much joy, mental clarity and energy. In honor of mental health month I am sharing this as a way to demonstrate how we can take control of our own health, happiness and even brain chemistry. Pranayama releases old trauma and blocked negative energy, turning it into fuel for our bodies. This is how I make peace within and find my happy.
