Alex Kompothecras Instagram – Every year my family puts on a gala for the solo purpose of raising awareness for individuals of all ages suffering from disabilities.  This year we worked with the Haven Foundation. The Haven offers programs and services for adults and children with disabilities to enhance quality of life by encouraging independence, championing inclusion and advocating for their individual rights. Currently, my two younger siblings Bronson and Sarah, both attend the Haven.  It has been my family’s mission for over 19 years to give back and help these amazing individuals. Together, we can create a world where people with disabilities are included and celebrated for who they truly are.  Again, I want to personally thank all of those who came out and made the gala such a special night and for those of you who would like to learn more about autism and how you can help, please visit thehavensrq.org.
