Payal Rohatgi Instagram – कोई भी भारतीय भारत के संविधान के ऊपर नहीं।आप सब ने video देखा होगा कि एक सरदारजी #kirpan लेकर Delhi Police के साथ लड़ रहा है और दिल्ली police वाले डंडे से उसे रोकने की कोशिश कर रहे है। मेरा मानना है कि अगर सरदार जी की ग़लती थी या नहीं थी परंतु उसे एक नागरिक के तहित police पे हाथ उठाने का कोई हक़ नहीं। कोई #AkaliDal करके political party के नेता #ManjinderSSirsa जो मेरे #Sati के statement को समझे बिना मुझे बेवक़ूफ़ कह रहे थे वो अब इस tempo driver #SarabjitSingh को गुरुद्वारा ले जाके राजनीति कर रहे हैं। सरदार की ग़लती थी की वो #Kirpan policeवालों पे निकाल रहा था। Sikh लोग #kirpan इसलिए रखते थे क्यूँकि मुग़ल invaders हिन्दु लड़कियों के ऊपर गंदी नज़र रखते थे और उनकी रक्षा के लिए उन्होंने ने #kirpan रखना शुरू किया। मगर कुछ गद्दे जैसे #AshokSwain जो Hinduism के ख़िलाफ़ हैं और Hindu आतंक की नक़ली कहानी बेचना चाहते हैं उन्होंने यह situation का फयदा उठाने की कोशिश की है। हिन्दु और sikh एक ही कोम से हैं और Delhi Police अपनी duty कर रही थी बजी वो एक Hindutva Gang थी 🙏 #ManjinderSirsa जैसे लोग और #AshokSwain जैसे लोग दोनो ख़तरनाक है भारत की unity के लिए क्यूँकि एक Delhi police को hindutva gang बताता है और बाक़ी कोम के लोगों को उत्तेजित करता है और दूसरा सिखों को समझाने के बजाए उनको और भाड़का रहा है। #payalrohatgi Crowne Plaza New Delhi Rohini
Payal Rohatgi Instagram – Triple Talaq जो एक practice है Muslim लोगों के बीच में उसे ban करना पड़ेगा Secular India के अंदर जल्द से जल्द क्यूँकि भारत के अंदर Child marriages और Sati practise जैसी traditions को भी ban करा गया है जो शायद Sanatan धर्म का हिस्सा थी भी नहीं। कुछ नेता ने Triple Talaq को Sabrimala से compare करने कि कोशिश की है तो में इन बेवक़ूफ़ लोगों को यही कहना चाहूँगी कि आप Sabrimala को Mecca Madina से या फिर कोई भी भारत के मस्जिद से compare कर सकती हैं ना की Triple Talaq से क्यूँकि यह एक शादी का ritual है जो सिर्फ़ Muslim Marriages में होता है। और कोई धर्म के अंदर ऐसी घटिया practice नहीं होती marriage related. इसके इलावा कुछ कांग्रिस के नेता जैसे Shashi Tharoor जिनके ऊपर आरोप है अपनी बीवी का क़त्ल करने का और case court में है वो कह रहे हैं की Article 15 का violation है Triple Talaq Bill पास करवाना तो में यह कहना चाहती हु की Article 15 जहाँ पे आप कोई भारतीय नागरिक को उसके धर्म के ऊपर discriminate नहीं कर सकते उसे आप Triple Talaq कि समस्या से नंगी जोड़ सकते क्यूँकि यह एक ग़लत #प्रथा है चाहे इसके बारे में Quran में लिखा गया है कि नहीं। यह प्रथा भारत के संविधान के हिसाब से ग़लत है और इसे ख़त्म होना होगा। Triple Talaq को wife desertion से compare करना ग़लत है क्यूँकि wife desertion एक personal issue है जब तक remarriage नहीं किया जाता ग़ैरक़ानूनी तरीक़े से परंतु Triple Talaq एक public issue शुरुआत से है क्यूँकि यहाँ पहली पत्नी को Indian court की अनुसार नहीं परंतु personal religious teachings के अनुसार divorce दिया जाता है जो भारत के संविधान के ख़िलाफ़ है। #payalrohatgi #sangramsingh Hotel Taj Santacruz Near Domestic Airport
