Selkie Hom Instagram – The process is play and discovery. Try something. Fail. Try something else. It’s my favorite. This is just an exploration (to be honest it’s almost entirely a mistake…) Working through unfamiliar movement and deciding where it fits in my body and how to make it flow. But sometimes it’s fun to see the steps that get you where you are going- so I thought I would share. 🙂 Moving slowly, keeping it controlled. That’s where you can find grace. it’s my favorite part of any process- that beginning where all is unknown and waiting to be found.
