And what an incredible journey it’s been! I was often told my lips were too thin, my smile too wide, I was too pretty to play a particular part… but I never allowed other people to define my personal image. Over the years I’ve learnt to respect my body, nourish my mind and soul and most importantly to never allow a feeling of entitlement to determine my choices. Grateful for the opportunities that have come my way and even more grateful for the obstacles/failures, because they only strengthened my spirit.
