Sonali Bendre Instagram – It’s surreal how one can forge a bond when they least expect it. A chance encounter with @tomoarakawa at a salon in NYC, has led to this amazing friendship. Honestly, I’m in awe of the way he works his magic every time he picks a pair of scissors. I’m so glad he came down to India on his break and agreed to do my makeover right here at @kromakaysalon. Thanks to Tomo’s genius coupled with my friend @kantamotwani’s expertise, I enjoyed an afternoon of pampering and walked out with an amazing new hair cut😊😘 Kromakay
Sonali Bendre Instagram – Books never fail to amaze me – they help us get through the knotty situations in life and the stories they hold have the power to prepare us for the world. About four years ago, Ranveer and I had read a book together. Three years later, Ranveer mentioned this book when his father sat him down to tell him about my diagnosis. Ranveer understood what the big C meant and entailed, because he had read the story of a teenager facing the reality of his five-year-old brother being diagnosed with Leukemia. Breaking the news to him became so much easier. I’ve been asked on multiple occasions about this book. So on popular demand, here it is. The book was, “Drums, Girls, and Dangerous Pie” by Jordan Sonnenblick (@jordansonnenblick). If you do read it, don’t forget to tell us what you thought of the book.
