Paul Tellefsen Instagram – I’ve been through it recently. I am reminding myself that even in hard times to keep looking up. If you’re having a hard day, week or year … you’ll get through this. It might not be quick or pain free, but you will make it through. My head was hung low last week because my Uncle David on my dad’s side and a friend both died, but I’m glad I was with my family. I’m doing better now, but it hasn’t been easy. If you’re in the middle of a slippery, unknown or foggy situation be encouraged today. And DM me if you need prayer. Love y’all.
