I feel a really strong need to post this
this is going to be one of those lengthy posts that I write in my notes app so be aware!! The past year of my life has been the most inspiring, prideful, challenging and profound time in my life and to @mistersamlev I am so thankful. To be able to immerse myself in work that I find incredibly groundbreaking is the most magical gift I have ever experienced and @euphoria has evoked so many feelings in me throughout this year that I feel like I went through therapy boot camp lol. I literally can not express in words how I’m feeling right now and it’s been hard to do it throughout this time. My fat emo girl self wouldn’t be able to comprehend how a cast and crew could be so nurturing and kind. And I definitely wouldn’t be able to understand why out of thousands of people – why me?!?? I’ve been having that conversation with myself a lot and it’s been dawning on me how connected I am with everyone’s storyline. When rue googled can bipolar people tell they’re bipolar or when baby Jules was in a program- all these things strike cords in me that I never thought would be addressed again. This cast and crew is GENIUS. I am so thankful to the cast (who are young icons) who welcomed me and everyone with open arms and created a safe space to experiment and not be perfect all the time. I can not express to you how hard these people worked to make this show the insanity that it is. From @donni.davy and @kirinrider being actual makeup legends that will go down in the history books to @susanisk running basecamp and making sure we’re not falling apart too much and lending an ear to us.. everyone has been so supportive and bad asses in their work. Thank you guys who are watching for sticking with these characters and going on their spirals with them and for being so damn funny with your memes. I want to thank my chaotic good king again Sam Levinson because I have never met some one who can make me cry and think as much as you. I am a better, more sensitive person after the lessons this show explores and that is invaluable. The finale is tomorrow night and wow has it been a ride. Season 2 tho!!!
