All you have to do is listen to @nanditavenky speak once about her journey with TB ,what she feels and believes must be done and you will want to join this battle. The dedication of this community of incredible people fighting to end TB which you would have thought by 2019 would be a thing of the past ,instead it’s the neglected biggest killer in the world . Thankfully governments know the facts and the UN has made a pledge to end TB globally by 2030 but the work needed to do this is VAST. If you saw the pain of the treatments that make survivors sometimes loose the will to fight ,the side effects of these old vaccines , loosing your hearing could be a side effect even the pain because of the amount of injections needed can make you loose the will to live , maybe if you understood that it is creeping back on the doorstep of the western world maybe its need would be heard .I am thankful for this time spent with these persevering people who are dedicating themselves to fighting & ending #TB .
