Deepti Sati Instagram – Controlling ones mind is a tremendously tough task! And they say meditation is the solution ! I already had been trying to meditate ( well, mom thinks I need it lol) but my mind was as stubborn as me.. But I really wanted to learn this art ! Here at @wonderland_healing_center I noticed, everybody ( including the staff) had a peaceful aura around them and then the secret was revealed- which was that @wonderland_healing_center everyday had an internary of classes which included- yoga , meditation and special activity classes( also a full moon meditation class 😀yayy ) Clearly they practiced what they preached..so I decided to make the most of my stay by attending as many classes as I could.. And boy, were they amazinggggg… . . ( Whether I’m calmer or not ask my mom 😁🤪) Mumbai, Maharashtra
