You are the bestest company you can give yourself but for that you have to learn to love yourself.
Off late I’ve realized It’s so important to take that time off for myself.
Even if it’s just an hour..Its very fulfilling where I address all those thoughts in my head..find solutions..pat myself sometimes ..correct myself..a lot of learning amd unlearning happens.
I love going to movies by myself,I love going out to a restaurant by myself,I love netflixing and idling away by myself..That doesnt make me a loner..that makes me a person who loves my own company who chose to keep it that way for that evening.. learn to enjoy your company now and then..stay in sync with yourself. .its awesome,its fulfilling and you’ll realize there’s abundance of happiness within you ❤

Yes I bounced back when I accepted myself the way I was and stopped putting pressure on myself.. I know so many of us out there suffer from social/self inflicted pressure to look a certain way,to be a certain way etc.some of you battling mental/physical illnesses
