Evan Williams Instagram – This is Noel. We were buddies from day one. He followed me around the village most days, sticking to the trees, calm but shy. He would always point at my ukulele and say ‘guitara’. It was the only word I ever heard him say, when I spoke to him he would just smile wide and sparkle. There is nothing like the smile of a child. It takes up their whole face, their whole soul turns bright. When he reached out a tiny finger to pluck the strings for the first time he was entranced. I think we’ve got a little musician on our hands. 😊
Grateful to the people of Kadula, Malawi for welcoming us so warmly, and to the many supporters of our @buildOn primary school building project in the village.
